Often we hold tension, stress and emotions in our hips and in our hearts. The seven week series I am teaching called Hips & Hearts yoga series at the Anytime Fitness in Fremont spends time gently and playfully opening the hips and heart. One week class will dive into slow hip openers for a quiet practice, with the next week opening up the chest and heart with backbends and a playful exploration of arm balances.
