Spring, a time for transformation

Flowers are bursting out of cracks and gardens are thriving in the Emerald City. The longer days give us more energy to move, explore and get things done.

In April classes will  emphasize the possibility of transformation. It is time to shake off the sleepy feelings of winter and enliven our practice. We will be playing with back bends and inversions, giving us new perspective and inspiration. Deep twists will help cleanse the spine, revitalizing our immune systems after cold season. We will generate momentum and move through flows with grace and ease. Releasing tension and blocked energy in the body yoga transforms both the physical and emotional state, allowing you to fully bloom this spring.
